Our inaugural Saints & Scholars Golf Classic was a big success.  Eighty-six golfers enjoyed a sun-splashed day of golf, food, fellowship and friendly competition at The Legend at Brandybrook September 8, 2025.

Conditions were ideal as the golfers played a scramble sprinkled with a few games, including "Are you Smarter than a Fifth Grader?" a test of the participants' knowledge of Catholic Saints and noted scholars.  Many golfers praised in particular their opportunity to interact with St. James the Less students and staff and Fr. Jordan Berghouse, who sank a few putts on hole #9 to help contestants with their scoring.  

The day ended with a reception featuring great food, drink, prizes and raffles supporting the operation of St. James the Less Academy.
